Worldwide certification body · EU basedIMS INTERNATIONAL is an accredited European certification body and a worldwide provider of audit services — certification, training and inspection. We exist to build trust between businesses, regulators and consumers.
We are accredited in Europe and entitled to provide services worldwide — certification of management systems across the full range of ISO and other standards related to product quality, as well as personnel training and inspection. Our promise to the market is that every certificate carrying the IMS mark means exactly what it says.
The company operates from two European offices — the head office in Rüggell, Liechtenstein, and an EU office in Plovdiv, Bulgaria — and conducts audits worldwide, on-site and remotely. Our auditors are practitioners: people who have implemented, run and assessed management systems in real production and service environments.
Certification only has value while it stays independent. That is why our impartiality commitments, certification conditions and complaint procedures are public documents, and why every certificate we issue is listed in an open register that anyone can check at any moment.
We do not consult the companies we certify and we do not certify systems we helped to build. Certification decisions are made independently from the audit team, and our Declaration of impartiality is a public document. If a conflict of interest exists, we decline the engagement.
Audits are performed by qualified auditors with real industry experience — people who have run production lines, food chains and IT infrastructures, not only read about them. Competence is maintained per scheme and reviewed regularly.
Audit duration is calculated by international rules, so our quotations are comparable. The certification cycle, complaint and appeal procedures are published. Every certificate is verifiable in the open register — including the withdrawn ones.
Everything our auditors see on your sites — processes, know-how, records, nonconformities — stays between us. Information is disclosed only where the law or accreditation rules require it, and you are informed when it happens.
A certification audit is not an exam to be survived — it is an independent look at how your company actually runs.
We plan audits around your operations, not the other way round: shifts, seasons and multi-site structures are taken into account at the application stage. Stage 1 can often be done remotely. Reports are written in plain language — you get findings you can act on, not clause numbers to decode.
At the same time, the things that make a certificate credible are non-negotiable: full audit scope, verified corrections of major nonconformities, independent certification decisions and honest register statuses. That combination — strict core, flexible logistics — is what our clients stay for.
